Nicole is the bomb! Customer service with kindness, and I’m just not saying that cuz she had a bucket of Halloween candy!

These guys are so honest. Car wouldn’t start. Tow guy who got it going said we needed new battery. I went to drive to the shop and it would not go into reverse or drive gear. Could be the transmission! A different tow guy came out (Scott from Carson City Towing). It started right away after about 3 hours being off, and the gears worked. Drove to the shop expecting to need a new battery. They tested the battery and alternator and said both tested good. They could have taken advantage and put in a new battery, but they told me the truth. They cleaned corrosion off of it, put a treatment on and sent me on my way. Not sure what tomorrow will bring, but if there’s a problem, I will go to Double J Auto. Nicole was very quick to identify the battery and quote a price initially when I called. They were going to get my battery done same day if it needed one, and I arrived 1.5 hours before closing. I highly recommend Double J Auto in Gardnerville, NV.

Chose Double J based on their great reviews. We’re on a road trip round the whole country and had some noise from the brakes. Thought we needed the pads changed so called Double J and they booked us in for the next day. We dropped in, they were very pleasant and made us feel right at home and recommended a fantastic bar nearby (Hamdog’s). Within 30 minutes they’d checked the van and told us there was nothing wrong with the pads, just some debris caught in there. Didn’t even charge for their trouble despite us offering. Amazing service. Now we’re back on the road for the last stretch of our trip with piece of mind. Thanks so much.

The guys here took amazing care of me.
I’m a traveler and got a coolant sensor message.
It is the summer and it’s been triple digits, so I wasn’t taking any chances.
I got man-splained by the first 2 places I tried.
Double J took care of me right away, in case we needed parts we could get the process moving.
After a thorough inspection and test drive, they found no error messages and absolutely no coolant leaks.
They topped off my fluids and refused to take a payment.

These guys are clearly not looking to rip you off, or they could have put me through all sorts of assessment fees, etc. – not even $5 for the fluid they used to top me off.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
